KALAOA, Hawaii: Alternating lane closures on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) in both directions between Mileposts 27 and 31 in the vicinity of Makalei Golf Club on Tuesday, February 21, through Friday, February 24, from 8 am to 3 pm, daily, for guardrail installation and pavement striping work.
