HAWAIIAN OCEAN VIEW ESTATES, Hawaii: Questions over limits on who can access water at the new fill station in the remote Ka’u subdivision, and concerns over how the account sign-ups were conducted, has led to a public meeting scheduled for Wednesday evening, August 29, in Hawaiian Ocean View.

The long awaited, $6 million well was dedicated in July… Big Island Video News was present for the celebration (right). Even then, folks seemed skeptical on wether or not all the issues concerning the use of the spigots had been ironed out.
