A stretch of popular beach along the West Hawaii shoreline was closed for another day Thursday, following a shark attack the day before.
Hapuna Beach State Park was closed today, after a 58 year old man was attacked by a shark just before noon.
Police say shark bit into victim’s surfboard and began to tow the her out to sea.
