Hamakua Councilman Dominic Yagong, perhaps the most vocal critic of Mayor Billy Kenoi’s budget that was passed last year, asks a few questions of the mayor on Monday.
The first exchange between the two remained polite and civil, as Yagong asked about the property tax adjustment, TAT news, possible impacts of overtime because of the furloughed employees, and other labor force issues.
