June 4, 2010 – Kohala Coast, Hawaii
A traffic advisory was issued by the Hawaii Police Department the day before the Ironman 70.3 Triathlon gets underway along the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.
The following road closures will be in effect:
- Mauna Lani Drive from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm.
- Queen Ka’ahumanu Highway, between Mauna Lani Drive and Kawaihae Road, from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm.
- Akoni Pule Highway, between Kawaihae Road and Hawi, from 8:00 am to noon.
