Utility work by HELCO crews continues on Palani Road mauka of the Henry Street intersection on Friday, Feb 25. This is another offsite improvement for the Ane Keohokalole Highway. Motorists should expect delays between the hours of 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Utility work could finish prior to 3:00 PM.
