1.6 miles of Waikoloa Road will be resurfaced starting the week of Feb 28. Completion is scheduled the third week of March, weather permitting. Motorists please plan for delays due to alternate lane closures beginning at Blue Hawaiian Heliport, Waikoloa. Public Works crews and equipment are working between the hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & holidays.
