HILO, Hawaii: In an effort to bring government to the people, Mayor Kenoi and the directors of County departments will be all over the island for Community Talk Story events scheduled throughout the month of March. Over 40 Talk Stories have been held since 2009.

These March Talk Story events are just the first in this year’s series. More events in more communities are being planned, and those dates will be announced as they are finalized.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to particiapate in these events should contact Lisa at 961-8211 as soon as possible but not later than five days before the event.
