Anyone with pool-related inquiries or wanting to convey an aquatics concern may call the Recreation Division weekdays at 961-8740, extension 0. Located at 799 Pi‘ilani Street in Hilo, the Recreation Division also may be reached via email at recreation@co.hawaii.hi.us. The division’s fax number is 961-8736.
