KOHALA COAST, Hawaii – Police have identified the woman who died on Tuesday after she crashed her sedan at the entrance of the Fairmont Orchid Hotel.

Police say 25-year-old woman Pamela Sue Gorman of Hawi ran off the right side of the North Kaniku Drive and crashed into a storage building. The woman was taken to Kona Community Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

An autopsy has been ordered to determine the exact cause of death.
