HILO, Hawaii – Puna State Senator Russell Ruderman took the stage at the Democratic Grand Rally on Monday in Hilo.
Ruderman edged out Democratic challenger Greggor Ilagan in the primary, and now faces Libertarian candidate Fred Fogel in the general election.
