(BIVN) – Its been a busy time for Hawaii County’s sister city relationships since Mayor Harry Kim took office.

Kim’s Executive Assistant and Sister City Protocol Officer Rose Bautista was scheduled to provide a report Wednesday on all the activity during a Hawaii County Council Committee meeting on Governmental Relations and Economic Development. In her absence, Managing Director Wil Okabe delivered the information.
