(BIVN) – Brannon Kamahana Kealoha delivered his final testimony in the TMT contested case hearing before the land board in Hilo on Wednesday.

The day-long hearing concluded with no decision on the UH application for the CDUP. The Hawaii Board of Land and Natural Resources will issue its decision at a later date.
