Police Seek Missing Canadian Visitor, Man In Photo

STORY SUMMARY

HAWAIʻI ISLAND - Police say the 36 year-old man, who is wanted for questioning in several criminal cases, was last seen in Waimea, as well as a man in a posted photo.

(BIVN) – Hawaiʻi County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Canadian man who is wanted for questioning in several criminal cases.

Matthew Elliot, who police say also goes by the name of Gregory Elliot and Pitbull, was last seen in Waimea.

In addition to seeking Elliot, police say they are also looking for the man in the photo, posted above.

Elliot is described as 5’10” and about 210 lbs. He has multiple tattoos, that include “RESPECT” on his right forearm, “GREG ELLIOT” over a dagger left upper arm, “Mickey Mouse Wizard” right upper arm, and “Minnie Mouse” right upper arm.

Anyone with information on this request is asked to call Officer Lawrence Kobayashi of the South Hilo Patrol Division at 935-3311 or the anonymous reporters can call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
