HAWAIIAN PARADISE PARK, Hawaii – A structure fire burned through a converted 2 car garage in Hawaiian Paradise Park on Sunday.

The Hawaii County Fire Department reports that they found a single story structure partially engulfed, with flames exiting the back window when they arrived on the scene on 151069 Kiawe Street at 6:02 a.m.

Firefighters had the blaze under control in a half an hour. It was out by 6:43 a.m.

The fire department reports that there were evacuations, and that a roadblock was established at the scene.

No one was reported hurt or injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
