The Orchestra of the Hawaiian Islands performs “Pacific Moon Under the Stars,” Saturday, August 7, 6:00 PM, at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Kamehameha Court. The concert will include Hawaiian and Japanese music, along with works by Gershwin, Grieg, and Vivaldi. Guest conductor will be Hiroaki Ueba ( Japan ) with American Music Festivals Artistic Director Philip Simmons as guitar soloist.
