The five acre Three Ring Ranch Animal Sanctuary above Kailua Kona town wants you to clik the link to help them get a $50-thousand dollar grant from Pepsi.

Even a look alike Ace Ventura, Pet Detective is helping the home to zebras, nene, hawks, owls, flamingos and reptiles – as well as many other rare, endangered and exotic creatures – in the quest for the grant. A humurous YouTube parody video has already been seen by thousands since it was posted in September.

As of Saturday, the ranch was in sixth place among top ten winners vying for the prize.

According to the Three Ring website, Pepsi gives away $1,300,000 each month to a group of charities who are selected by popular vote. After 5 months of trying they finally made it into October’s Pepsi Refresh Everything Contest.

Three Ring plans to use their hopeful winnings to Rehabilitate Hawaiian Wildlife and create an educational DVD program available to schools across the country.
