The Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa has been sold to Kona Surf Partners for an undisclosed price.
The resort’s 125 unionized employees are not expected to be affected. The property will be managed by Pyramid Kona Management.
The West Hawaii Today reports that Hawaii County tax records value the resort at $39.3 million.
The Sheraton Keauhou went through foreclosure in 2009.
