Coming up on April 14th, a community meeting in Naalehu will involve a discussion with Hawai‘i County Fire Chief Darryl Oliveira.
The District 6 Matters events are organized by Ka’u Councilmember Brittany Smart.
Smart says direct questions and comments are welcome from attendees on any subject dealing with the Hawaii County Fire Department services and issues.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Na‘alehu Community Center.
Another meeting with the chief will be held at the Volcano Cooper Center on April 28 at 7:00 PM
