The Kailua Village Business Improvement District extends its sympathy to the robbery victim attacked in a private parking lot within the District on Monday night. We wish him a speedy and full recovery.
Hawaii Police Department is actively investigating and has already obtained descriptions of the suspects and their vehicle.
