The planning team continues to make good progress on the initial draft of the Ka‘ū Community Development Plan (CDP). Once the draft CDP is complete, there will be many opportunities for review and comment, and those opportunities will be publicized on this email list and through many other avenues.
In August, the CDP Steering Committee met in Ocean View to get a progress report. The draft meeting minutes and the presentation slides are available at www.kaucdp.info.
The next Steering Committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 11, at 5:30pm at the Nāʻālehu Community Center. The week prior, we will post the meeting agenda at www.kaucdp.info and email it via this announcements list.
