  • While assuring the crowd that Hawaii County is going to do everything it can to ensure continued services to the people of Puna as lava begins its slow entry into Pahoa town, Mayor Billy Kenoi admits “its going to be tough.”

The video of the mayor was filmed on October 23 by David Corrigan, however much of the lava video from the ground is courtesy the County of Hawaii, filmed on October 24.
