(BIVN) – Ali`i Sir Kalikolehua Kanaele presents his final argument in the Thirty Meter Telescope contested case hearing before the Hawaii Board of Land and Natural Resources on Wednesday in Hilo. Kanaele opposes the conservation district use permit that would allow the observatory to be built on Mauna Kea.
