HAWAIIAN PARADISE PARK, Hawaii – The state is enforcing the eviction of Hawaiian Paradise Park resident Kale Gumapac. In a video that was uploaded to YouTube on Monday, State Sheriff Patrick Kawai is seen serving notice to Gumapac at his home, which is also the base of operations for Gumapac’s Laulima Title Search and Claims LLC., a company that advises others who are facing foreclosure in Hawaii.
In May, Gumapac and attorney Dexter Kaiama held a press conference on the same property, surrounded by clients who are also facing foreclosure, to announce they filed charges of war crimes against judges and other officers in Hawaii. They say the judicial system is breaking international law by not recognizing the illegal occupation of Hawaii in the court proceedings.

Now, Gumapac himself is facing eviction. When being served, Gumapac tried to warn Sheriff Kawai that he was serving an illegal document, and that as a result of his actions he too would be guilty of war crimes. This video was taken by Laulima assistant Nanci Munro.
Gamapac told Big Island Now that he will probably be forced to leave this weekend, and that he will refuse to leave his home when the officers arrive.
