HILO, Hawaii - The final testimony and rebuttal from Cindy Freitas in the Thirty Meter Telescope contested case hearing was presented on Wednesday, Sept. 20.

(BIVN) – Cindy Freitas, a pro se participant in the Thirty Meter Telescope contested case, presented her final argument against the conservation district use permit for Mauna Kea before the Hawaii Board of Land and Natural Resources on Wednesday in Hilo.
