(BIVN) – The court heard consolidated oral arguments last week for three separate appeals from the Board of Land and Natural Resources’ decision to issue a Conservation District Use Permit, or CDUP, for the TMT International Observatory on Mauna Kea. It was the second time the supreme court took up the issue of the CDUP.
