(BIVN) – In a third video segment recorded during the “2019 Lava Disaster Recovery Update” held on February 23, state and county officials answer questions from the audience in the Pāhoa Community Center.
The town hall was organized by Hawaiʻi State Representative Joy San Buenaventura and included a panel discussion with Sharon Hirota (representing the Office of the Mayor), Paul Normann (Neighborhood Place of Puna), Ashley Kierkiewicz (Hawaiʻi County Council), Brandee Menino (Hope Services Hawaiʻi), and Tom Travis (Hawaiʻi Emergency Management Agency).
