It appears that the IBEW union and Hawaiian Electric have finally made headway in their labor negotiations.

On Monday, a quiet weekend job walkout on the Big Island became a little more visible with this picket line on Kilauea Avenue in Hilo, right outside the HELCO headquarters.

It wasnt long after this video was filmed that news of a tentative agreement between negotiators began to make its way across the state.

The agreement will still have to ratified by the vote of the union.
