POHAKULOA, Hawaii – Department of the Army police officer Brian Mabry has been named the employee of the quarter at Pohakuloa Training Area.

Mabry, whose responsibilities include both traffic enforcement and accident investigation, was recognized for his outstanding performance at the training base.

“Brian is my trusted ‘go to’ individual for other officers seeking professional guidance and direction for all traffic enforcement and safety policies,” said Sgt. Paul K. Imaizumi, PTA police operations officer and Mabry’s supervisor, in a media release. “He’s helped set and maintain the highest standards of personal and professional integrity in the conduct of his duties, both on and off the installation.”

Mabry was specifically commended for producing a strategic plan for the design of a much-needed new police station at PTA.
