Windward Planning Commission discusses Hawaiian Acres farmers market permit

Jamae Kawauchi is representing Susann Tita as she seeks standing on the matter. But since Kawauchi was recently employed by the county, Corp Counsel attorney William Brilhante says she needs to go before the Board of Ethics before matters can proceed. Kawauchi is the former county clerk but more recently she worked in the office of the Hawaii County Prosecuting Attorney.

No decision yet on the farmers market permit.
