HILO, Hawaii – Freshman State Representative, Dr. Richard Creagan, had a chance to address fellow Hawaii County Democrats at the party convention in Hilo on Saturday.

With the legislative session recently ended, Dr. Creagan was able to share an update on what bills passed and what bills failed.
