Caught On Video: Fleet Card Stolen From National Park Used At Gas Station

HAWAIʻI VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK - Federal investigators are tracking down the person who used two government Fleet Cards that were reported stolen a year and a half ago.

(BIVN) – The National Park Service is seeking tips to aid in a theft investigation involving stolen government Fleet Cards.

Special Agents with the NPS Investigative Services Branch say that on or about Oct. 16, 2017, government property including two government Fleet Cards were stolen from within Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park.

The Fleet Cards were used at a 76 Service Center, and investigators have obtained the security video that they believe show images of a suspect and a suspect vehicle.

“Investigators are seeking information that will help identify those responsible for this crime,” a National Park Service media release stated. “If you have seen or recognize this person and/or vehicle of interest, or if you have information that could help investigators, please contact us. You don’t have to tell us who you are, but please tell us what you know.”
