J Yoshimoto

J Yoshimoto, a licensed attorney (degree from William S. Richardson School of Law) and has been practicing law since 1992, was first elected to the Hawai‘i County Council in 2006. He currently represents district 2 in Hilo and serves as Chair and Presiding Officer of the council.
