Memory Walk and Lights of Remembrance Fundraiser
Saturday, May 5, 2012
3:00-8:00 p.m.
Large Pavilion at Wailoa State Park

Hospice of Hilo invites the community to their 8th Annual Celebration of Life. Activities and Entertainment begins at 3:00 p.m.

Then at 4:00 p.m. join “A Walk to Remember”. Take a 2.25 mile stroll through Wailoa State Park and the surrounding area in memory and in honor of your loved one.

Following the walk, enjoy ono food and live music by Vizion 20/20, Body and Soul and the Brown Ohana.

Then at sunset the “Lights of Remembrance” launch begins. Design a luminary and enjoy the serene journey of lanterns down the Wailoa River. Luminaries are available for $20 in advance or $25 at the event.

This event is designed to celebrate life and share in remembrance of loved ones. Share stories, meet new friends, and learn about programs provided by Hospice of Hilo.

Every day Hospice of Hilo celebrates life. Come celebrate life with us.

This is a free community event filled with food, fun and most importantly, friends…
