ABOUT

A seven-panel Mele Mural was unveiled at the Keauhou Shopping Center this weekend. Local artists, cultural advisors and Hawaiian immersion school students worked together for two weeks to create the large-scale artwork that shares the cultural and historical heritage of Keauhou.

The Keauhou Shopping Center project is the fourth of a 20-mural series that the Estria Foundation hopes to complete throughout the Hawaiian islands. The center where the mural is on display is owned by Kamehameha Schools.
