- On Tuesday, Blake Watson from GMO Free Hawaii Island testified in favor of a proposed bill (Bill 71) that would ban certain pesticides from being sprayed on government grounds. The Hawaii County Council Committee on Environmental Management closed public testimony but postponed their discussion and vote on the bill until their next meeting.
