HILO, Hawaii – There are still two Hawaii County Council races that have yet to be decided, and on Monday evening during the Democratic Party Grand Rally in Hilo, the candidates took the stage.
One of the races is for the District 3 seat serving Hilo. Candidates Moana Hokoana Keli‘i and Susan “Sue” Lee Loy are in a run-off for the position.
